I feel that Leprechauns are real.
I touch the 8 planets, moon and stars.
I worry about Mom.
I cry if Dad doesn't visit.
I understand that Mom doesn't stop Dad from visiting.
I am smart and speedy.
(Editor's commentary: I really like David's poem. It's true, imaginative, and skillfully written. After reading it, do you get a feeling that you know David — I do. He opens the door to his mind and lets us in like all great writers. He is smart beyond his years. And I bet he is truly "speedy.")
