Here's how you can create your own coloring pages from the new book. The idea is to have fun with poetry — coloring and creating. But please let others know where the poems and pictures came from. The company Booklocker, Incorporated, Lori Aman, and myself have a lot invested in this book, and we want as many kids and adults to enjoy it as possible. A book can become very popular by "word of mouth." So I hope you tell lots of your friends about Waiting to See the Principal and Other Poems.
Okay, this is what you do. Go to www.booklocker.com and find the page the book is listed on. Then push the bottom for the "excerpt" of the book, which is the pdf version of the whole first chapter! If you save that version, you will have many illustrations that you can print and color. You will see more of the book at Booklocker.com than at Amazon.com. So I recommend that you go there first!
