Silly Sottile was last seen on Christmas Day encouraging his grandkids to pick three winners in the KOA (Kids Out and About) Rochester "POETRY BREAK CONTEST!" at http://www.kidsoutandabout.com. And he was seen earlier in the month of December at Rochester's School 14 with two classes of fifth graders. It was the first heavy snowfall of the season. But Silly Sottile makes the rounds, snowfall or not, when promises are made.
