Joe "Silly" Sottile was last seen on the radio in downtown Rochester recording three poems to help promote the 2009 Rochester Children's Book Festival which will be at MCC on Saturday, November 7th. Joe will also be doing a mini-writing workshop at 1:00 during the festival at "One Busy Bookworm Place."
